First day back at it. Mixed bottoms up presses and nail bending. Solid BUP on the 20 and 24 kg. Three yellow nails down.

20081130

Max VO2
20 kg.
6 reps
40 sets with one break.
This was bad. No comment. Still a little sick obviously.

20081201
---
5 bodyweight pull ups to heavy presses. Either 1/1 32 kg. or 2/2 28 kg.
6 sets
3 yellow nails bent. Have to work on technique. One was clean, two I had to brace against my leg to get the initial kink.
