Today I ran through some presses and swings.
Started of with 10 reps alternating hands each rep of TGU with the 32 kg.
5 rounds of:
1/1 military press on the 28 kg.
10 two handed swings on the 40 kg.
I've been playing with a trick a client came up with of cleaning the bell up extra high, then drawing it down, really cranking the abs hard and driving up. Technically still a legal press, but it definitely gives a little extra shove.
Finished up with some pistols working up to the 16 kg. Still working on this, but I feel stronger every time.
