Deadlifts
I think this works best, just to do the deadlifts.
3x3 285 lbs.
3x2 335 lbs.
2x1 355 lbs.
Felt strong in everything, no problems. I'm pretty sure I can exceed 405 now. I'll wait until the end of the cycle before I max again. Patience pays off.
